Over thirty-five years in the financial field, an MBA, doctoral candidate, experience as a financial author and an avocation as an adjunct professor in accounting & finance at a prominent Arizona university is the experience that Shaun brought to founding the firm in 1998. His vision was for a referral-only firm that would provide "Personalized Mortgage Services" thereby allowing a client to receive focused attention that would result in the very best mortgage instrument for their needs. O'Neill Mortgage Associates was the result.
Since 1998 he has attended thousands of signings/closings with his clients. Shaun believes that attending each of these is critical to making certain that a client's entire mortgage experience goes smoothly. He is also committed to helping his clients understand every aspect of the process as well as providing an understanding of how the selected mortgage instrument fits into the client's overall financial picture!
